Beyond building communities, we enjoy working with great businesses throughout the region!We offer:Competitive pay plan!Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k)Paid vacationCareer advancement opportunitiesResponsibilities - Sales Consultant:Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle featuresDemonstrate operation of the vehicle in the showroom and via test driveProvide a new vehicle to the customer through an established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperworkMaintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term clienteleDevelop a prospecting system, make calls and send emails to potential customers to set appointmentsMaintain value, quality, and integrityClose Deals!Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards.Maintain an appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers.Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredTwo-to-four-year college degree preferredKnowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operationsExcellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environmentStrong written and communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience with automotive software preferredProfessional appearance and work ethicCurrent, valid driver's licensePlease upload your resume.
