The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting, particularly within the asset management field.

Corporate Controller:

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the corporate accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Manage and maintain the general ledger
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and analyze variances.
• Lead development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain internal controls
• Handle partnership accounting
• Financial reporting and analysis.
• Train and coordinate with third-party offshore resources, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.
• Work with external auditors and prepare for audits.

Qualifications :

• CPA a must
• 12+ years of experience with a focus on financial services/asset management
• Strong knowledge of partnership accounting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
