Job Description

Executive Assistant

LHH is seeking an Executive Assistant for our client located in Northern Virginia. If you are a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for administrative excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and directing phone and in-person inquiries.
  • Compile and edit sensitive correspondence, memos, letters, and legal documents for accuracy in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and format.
  • Reconcile the department budget on a monthly basis and prepare weekly and monthly funding requests as needed.
  • Schedule travel arrangements and prepare expense reports using Concur.
  • Create and maintain accurate files and records, and manage the purchasing of office supplies for the department.
  • Support multiple team members within the functional area simultaneously and perform a wide range of special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and courteously with individuals at all levels of seniority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, typing, composition, and math.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Must be team-oriented and capable of functioning as a proactive partner in a corporate environment.

Employment Type:

  • Full-Time
  • On Site, Corporate Headquarters

Compensation: $75,000-$95,000
