We have a fun, encouraging culture with top-notch training and benefits.What will I be doing?As a Housekeeping Supervisor you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Coordinate staff scheduling according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employeesMaintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front DeskDocuments and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are metResponds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happinessDisplays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conductEnsures hotel is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHAWhat are we looking for?Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
