Job Description:

Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented HR Workforce Analyst! The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department. They will support the Workforce Development Branch in day-to-day operations.

Basic Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
  • Mid-level to advanced level of comprehension and writing skills.
  • Highly Skilled and Vastly Experienced in Microsoft Programs to include; Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
  • Possesses an extensive customer service background in a professional office setting.
  • Proactive, organized, on-time, produce quality products in a timely manner, organized, dependable, available for work.
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal, self-starter.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Prior DoD experience.
  • Prior experience working in Human Resources.
  • Prior experience with Flankspeed, Waypoints, and Adobe.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the command’s supervisory training program and workforce application process for other various WD programs, to include maintaining various sites on the portal.
  • Conduct research for programs and opportunities available to the workforce for further development.
  • Assist team members with various aspects of WD training classes such as opening classes and other associated tasks in support of the various WD Program Managers.
  • Prepare written content about various WD programs to be shared with the workforce at large through command releases, feature articles, and briefs to various organizations.
  • Ability to provide WD/training information to the workforce.
  • Develop and maintain various metrics.
  • Provide Waypoints training and information to the workforce.
  • Develop and maintain various metrics.
  • Create documents such as SOPs and Statements of Work.

Work Location:

100% on-site support at the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Port Hueneme, CA

Please Note: Work location requirements vary by program. While many roles support remote work, some projects may require partial or full on-site presence based on contract and client needs. Specific work location expectations will be communicated during the hiring process.

Salary Range

$48,000 - $50,000 USD
