Position Overview: Company with brands throughout North America adding a position in Miami Beach. This position supports the companies various locations as the main point of contact in the local Miami office.

The Inside Sales Assistant is responsible for :

• Monitors client orders and order entry and processing of orders and samples- Business to Business
• Maintains the inventory of samples sent to the Miami office
• Distributes samples sending them out to the correct parties including internal locations and external clients
• Manages timelines for new product launches handling this project management for the various initiatives and deadlines
• Supports the sales team, director and operations out of different locations
• This role is the main point of contact working independently in the Miami office and communicates daily via phone, email and video calls with the team working throughout the North Americas
• As the main point of contact and main fixed employee out of the Miami office this positions is also responsible for handling the mail and standard general office duties
