Job Title: IT Manager 

Location : Elmhurst, IL – In Office 

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year based on the national average.

Position Summary: The IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and services for Renewance's office and warehouse facility. They will act as the primary point of contact for our local and field services employees, providing excellent support and service on technical issues. Additionally, this individual will play a key role in the employee onboarding and offboarding process through hardware and profile set up, asset tracking, and mobile device management. The ideal candidate with have an aptitude for information security and strive to grow in this field.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Support and manage local network and systems infrastructure ensuring performance and security.

• Provide IT services to local, remote, and field-based employees, resolving a broad range of hardware and software issues.

• Execute the IT onboarding and offboarding activities for Renewance employees including Office 365 account and other software license management, asset management, and mobile device management (MDM). 

• Identify and build process improvements for IT operations, working to onboard all IT services from existing 3rd party managed services provider.

• Manage all IT budgeting and procurement for software and licensing, networking hardware, office IT equipment and accessories. 

• Perform annual IT risk assessment and vulnerability analysis to ensure integrity and security to evidence the commitment to IT governance. 

• Evaluate and manage relationships with IT service providers and vendors to ensure high-quality services. 

• Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and ensure client-facing security and uptime standards are exceeded. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in IT Management, Network or System Administration, or similar. 

• Experience managing IT operations in a small to mid size businesses

• Strong understanding of Office 365 administration, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems. 

• Previous experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role, with experience provisioning laptops, providing general office IT support and understanding Mobile Device Management.

• Experience working with third-party MSPs and managing vendor relationships. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. 

• Ability to manage short term tasks while balancing longer term projects.
