WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and dynamic Operations Associate to assist in the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will assist with various operational areas, such as order processing, warehouse management, process improvement initiatives, and logistics. We are looking for a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Someone who is a team player and is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Order management for both B2C and B2B/Corporate customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in new retail customer implementation and onboarding
  • Coordinate order fulfilment activities with 3PLs, freight forwarders and customers
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with projects to improve operational efficiency
  • Duties as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics and warehousing, order management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively liaise internally and externally, fostering positive relationships. 
  • Ability to effectively evaluate problems and propose sensible, scalable solutions
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Responsible, flexible and adapt quickly
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong work ethic with integrity

WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS

  • Hybrid work with 3 days per week in our San Mateo, CA office
  • Benefits include Medical / Dental / Vision, FSA and HSA options, and 401(k)
  • Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. San Mateo salary range between $60,000 and $80,000 per year
