TE Certified Plumbing is expanding its Plumbing service department with a new location in Fayette County. TE is looking for a Residential Plumbing Service Manager to spearhead our company's growth. This position requires someone with the knowledge and skill to successfully run and improve a service department.

Ideal candidates should:

• Have significant residential Plumbing experience, excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential Plumbing service and sales process.
• Be able to run a service department and handle management-level responsibilities, including recruiting, training, coaching, and instructing Plumbing service technicians.
• Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers.
• Be confident riding along and training new technicians.
• Be able and willing to teach technicians how to repair and install plumbing systems, as well as train on customer service and sales.
• Be comfortable and confident operating a first-class plumbing department within an established business.

This position is well suited for a senior technician or manager with strong technical abilities and good management skills who lives in or near the Fayette County area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
