• Lead and mentor a team of SAP functional experts, including those specializing in MM, LE, SD, FICO, PP/QM, ABAP, EHS, CS, and MDM.
• Develop and maintain the overall SAP architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Provide deep expertise and leadership in at least two core SAP modules such as MM, LE, SD, or FICO.
• Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions that integrate various modules and processes across the organization.
• Ensure the seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and external systems.
• Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP implementations and configurations.
• Lead the development and execution of data migration strategies, including master data management, ETL processes, and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple SAP modules and systems without requiring additional handholding.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve the SAP landscape.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to SAP implementations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP solutions and architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP implementation and architecture, with extensive experience in at least two core SAP modules such as MM, LE, SD, or FICO.
• Proven expertise in SAP architecture and design with relevant certifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing SAP architectures to meet business requirements.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and their integration with each other.
• Deep expertise in at least two core SAP modules (e.g., MM, LE, SD, FICO).
• Experience in leading data migration activities, including ETL processes and cutover planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and optimization for various business processes.
• Experience in integrating SAP systems with other enterprise applications and external systems.
• Ability to develop and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in SAP environments.
