ASSOCIATE PERSONNEL ANALYST / HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION / SELECTIONS UNIT / HEADQUARTERS BUILDING SACRAMENTO,CA.

The reporting location for this position is the Selections Unit in Sacramento, CA. This position will work under the general direction of Staff Services Manager I.

This position is responsible for coordinating and administering complex and highly sensitive assessments as part of the department's selections program. The position provides subject matter expertise in examination administration to departmental management and acts as a consutant for mangers, supervisors, and program specialists on all matters pertaining to the selection process.

Please note: The Associate Governmental Program Analyst eligibility list will be used as an appropriate for the Associate Personnel Analyst. Candidates with Associate Governmental Program Analyst eligibility must also meet the minimum qualifications for the Associate Personnel Analyst classification in order to be eligible for appointment.

STAFF SERVICES ANALYST will also be considered for recruitment purposes.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

This position is designated as telework eligible-office centered.

Occasional travel may be required. 

Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license is required. You must answer the questions addressing your driver’s license on your application.
