About The Role:
As a Staff AI Engineer you will be a key member in the development and creation of AI systems at Panasonic Well. You will be responsible for the development of platforms and solutions that drive positive outcomes for our customers, helping them live more fulfilling lives through our Responsible AI products. You will help answer questions like: How do we rapidly prototype and iterate on generative experiences, how do we ensure our customers privacy throughout the AI pipeline, how do we build scalable AI solutions and most importantly how do we ethically deploy systems that help our customers.

Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant’s experience and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
